The housing is carved from solid black walnut, a high-quality wood, and has an open opening with a design inspired by the fantastic natural phenomenon of sunlight shining through gaps in the trees. This machined design not only reduces weight and maintains rigidity, but also avoids uniformity on the housing surface, suppressing the generation of mode vibrations and reducing unnecessary resonance. In addition, in order to eliminate the effect on the sound caused by the resonance of the open openings, he made all the openings have different areas to suppress the occurrence of resonance at specific frequencies.
