The “big brother” to the Bose L1 Pro8, the L1 Pro16 has a larger line array and larger integrated subwoofer. While the L1 Pro8 has a 8-driver C-shape array, the L1 Pro16 has a 16-driver, J-shape array. Both have built-in subwoofers with a RaceTrack driver — the L1 Pro8 has a 7" × 13" driver, and the L1 Pro16 has 10" × 18" neodymium driver. So, with the L1 Pro16, you're getting more powerful SPL and bass, but it's still highly portable — the sweet spot.

One key difference with the L1 Pro16 is its J-shape array. This gives you tight vertical control on top, wide dispersion on the bottom to cover audiences whether its set up on the floor or on an elevated stage — versatile coverage.
