Crystal clear and abundantly powerful audio quality begins with the integrated 550-watt class-D powerplant. Using an actual bi-amp design rather than a passive crossover, each speaker runs on a dedicated amplifier for a high-definition response and maximum power efficiency. The 12” LF and 1.35” HF drivers each feature Behringer’s specially engineered, frequency-specific transducers for additional separation and definition.
Thanks to its robust, full-range response and thoughtfully engineered enclosure, the B212D can be used for a multitude of live sound applications—in pairs and on stands as a powerful musical performance PA, mounted on subwoofers (like the Behringer SAT1008) as part of a larger system, and even floor-mounted as a powerful wedge monitor. With the onboard level and 2-band EQ controls, the B212D can be used as a full-range keyboard, bass amp, or standalone loudspeaker for public address and room-filling audio playback.
