i dont usually write to a store but i had the best shopping experience at yours.i went in originally to buy a case for a guitar i had to ship across country for my daughter. i spoke with a sales assoc. and they explained the difference in cases and how it would be best for me to bring in guitar. he also gave me a large empty box to be able to put guitar and case in when i came back. i came back this past weekend and another rep went out of the way to get me the correct guitar case and then helped me with strings for it. a great staff . i would not go another store after this experience.
