My name is Steve D I have been a regular customer for a couple of years now and have been very happy with the treatment I get and have grown accustomed to it I guess but this Saturday was different, I came in with I pedal that I purchased in December that was giving me trouble and Kyle spent a very long time helping resolve the issue. He was not only helpful and courteous but also very knowledgeable. I really felt he genuinely cared about resolving the issue.
I am in a high end business where I deal with service issues almost everyday so I know how difficult it can be especially when you are dealing with the general public.
So the point of the email is that I wanted you to know that I feel Kyle is an outstanding employee and look forward to my next visit.
