New Ehrlund EHR-E has the great transparent Ehrlund sound with the ability to put up with a lot of SPL. Sounds great on vocals and guitars but also handles trombones and kicks like a true champ! Little guy is very compact yet built solid which makes it a perfect accessory for remote recording.

Was psyched to have Tobias Lindell in the Alto NYC location yesterday. Super nice guy and this is one badass compressor. With knobs that practically beg you to crank them – the sonic results are instantly pleasing. This thing is built like a tank and is great for slamming the shit out of drums or vocals. Then you can use the mix knob to mix in the original signal – huge. Plus you have the option of engaging the LP and HP filters for some interesting effects. Give me a buzz if you’d like to check it out – we are not giving this unit back to him!
